"Those who sleep under a quilt sleep under a blanket of love"

My workshops combine the excitement and timeless appeal of traditional quilt designs and basic techniques with new equipment and construction methods developed for today's quilter.  The classes are rated for difficulty from one to three spools, based primarily on the complexity of the quilt construction techniques and pattern.  Using the easy guide below you can easily determine which classes are best for you based on your own level of sewing and quilting experience.
One Spool: These are beginner classes designed for students who have very limited or no experience with hand piecing, hand quilting, machine piecing or rotary cutting.
Two Spools:  These classes are for the advanced beginner quilter; students who have mastered basic quiltmaking techniques and welcome a challenge of more advanced patterns and unique tools of the trade.  For these classes you should have some experience using rotary cutters to cut a few basic shapes and can sew an accurate 1/4" seam allowance using a sewing machine.

Three Spools:  These are intermediate classes and pose a real challenge for beginners with tricky construction techniques or complex designs. Those who take these classes should be very comfortable using rotary cutters (cutting a variety of shapes and angles) and able to sew accurate and consistent 1/4" seam allowances with a sewing machine.
